Minebea (Cambodia) was very delighted in contributing our small donation yearly into the NPIC robot to enrich NPIC student robotics’ work in talent development and research innovation.
On 29 September 2021, the National Polytechnic Institute of Cambodia (NPIC) was the winner of the National Robot Competition 2021.
NPIC robot received the full score of 80 in the game of two robots. One robot can pick up arrows and throw them to the pots located on the field and other robot, in addition to throwing arrows from the outer areas, can navigate through both the outer and inner area of the field.
NPIC robot is going to represent Cambodia to compete at the ABU Asia-Pacific Robot Contest 2021 under the theme of Throwing Arrows into Pots on December 12, 2021 in Jimo, China. However, if the real contest can’t be held in Jimo, China, it will be replace with online contest instead.
